RETURN POLICY

We hope that you are always completely satisfied with your korres.com purchase. However, we do accept returns of unused or gently used items within 45 days of your order date. Kindly contact support@korres.com with your order number, and our dedicated customer service team will be happy to help.

At this time, we do not provide prepaid return labels or refunds for return shipping costs. Redeemed items must be shipped back with purchased goods for a full refund. We do not accept returns on redeemed items separately – they are final sale.

*To return a KORRES product purchased from a retail partner, please contact their designated customer service team for all requests. We are unable to issue refunds or replacements for orders purchased outside of korres.com.
