The Circles are based on your annual spend on korres.com, and you can find your specific Circle by visiting the My Circle page and logging in.

Korres Circle points are exclusively earned via purchases made on korres.com. Purchases made via other retailers will not contribute to your Korres Circle reward status.

The number of points you were rewarded for the returned items will be deducted from your Korres Circle account.

Yes, points do expire. Every year on June 30th, all points acquired in the previous year will expire.

However, customers retain the points earned in the current year. Customer status, including tier level (Friend, Insider, or Ambassador), is calculated on a calendar basis based on the spending of the last twelve months.

Yes. In the My Circle page you can see your earned points, your redeemed points, and your remaining points. Also, you can see the expiration of the remaining points

Korres Circle redeemed gifts are not returnable or exchangeable. However, if you are returning items from your Korres order, your redeemed gifts will need to be returned, as well.

Yes! You will receive up to 1.5 points for every $1 you spend, depending on your Korres Circle tier.

No. To receive a full refund for your returned items, Korres Circle redeemed gifts need to be returned in unused condition, as well.

Yes, you do. In the Friend Tier, for every $1 spent, you earn 1 point, which equals to $0.5 back.
