How do you come up with your formulas?
Our products are inspired by the unique and transformative ingredients we source from Greece, our all-women Research & Development team, as well as our skin’s needs. We create ingredient-first, results-driven formulas that combine the power of nature with cutting-edge science and natural technologies—all with the aim of achieving a specific skin goal and keeping our blends as clean and natural as possible.
How do you make sure your formulas are safe?
At KORRES we are known for developing our products with the highest standards of testing and transparency. Each one of our products goes through over 500 tests to ensure they are safe and effective—and we start from scratch if even one of those tests falls short.
Just as important as what goes into our formulas, is what we leave out. We have an ever-growing list of 2,000+ commonly used ingredients and chemicals that we avoid using an are always challenging ourselves to develop highly natural and efficacious products.
Does Korres test on animals?
No, at KORRES we believe in purity of ingredient and intention. We are strictly against animal testing, and do not test any ingredients or products on animals, nor do we hire outside companies to do so for us at any stage in production.
All of our safety and efficacy tests are performed at our Formulation Lab in Athens, using synthetic skin cells or on volunteers under the surveillance of a dermatologist, ophthalmologist or other medical professional. We do not sell to any countries that require animal testing and follow the European Union's strict legislation that bans animal testing on finished cosmetic products and their ingredients.
Are all your products Gluten Free?
The simple answer is no, but be sure to check the details section under each product to see the content of each formulation and whether the product is gluten-free, made with wheat-derived ingredients or may contain traces of wheat.
Are your products OK for vegetarians & vegans?
Yes, the vast majority of our products are suitable for vegetarians and/or vegans.
Our clean formulas are plant-based and inspired by the natural Greek landscape. Under the details section of each product page, you’ll find the content for each formulation and whether or not it is suitable for you.

Do you offer free shipping?

KORRES offers complimentary ground shipping on all orders with minimum spend of $61 per order. Customers may also select other shipping methods at an additional charge at checkout.
Shipping & Handling Delivery time depends on the shipping distance and may vary. Orders are processed Monday through Friday in the order in which they are received. Orders undergo up to 3 days of processing time, and this includes overnight orders. You will receive an email from us with your tracking number as soon as your order has shipped. If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days from ordering, please contact our Consumer Experience team.
When will I get my order?
Delivery time depends on the shipping distance and when the order was placed.
All orders, including overnight orders, are processed Monday through Friday in the order in which they are received and undergo up to 3 days of processing. As soon as it ships out we’ll send you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days after ordering, please don’t hesitate to contact our Consumer Experience team so we can sort everything out.
What is your return policy?

Of course, we understand everyone has unique needs, so we gladly accept returns of unused or gently used items within 45 days of your korres.com order date. Kindly reach out to support@korres.com with your order number, and our dedicated customer service team will be happy to help.

At this time, we do not provide prepaid return labels or refunds for return shipping costs.

For Returns, redeemable items must be shipped back with purchased goods for a full refund. Cannot accept returns on redeemable items separately – they are final sale.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are made to the original form of payment once the returned product is received and processed at our warehouse. This takes roughly 7 to 10 business days from the day you send out your package to the day the refund is processed. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed.
We are unable to accept the return of any KORRES products purchased from our retail partners. Please contact their appropriate customer service center for all requests.

Is there a minimum purchase amount to redeem points?
No, there is no minimum purchase amount required for redemption. The only condition is that your cart must include at least one product that you're purchasing in order to redeem an item.
Must the item to be purchased be the same or higher value as the item to be redeemed?
No, the item you wish to purchase does not need to be of the same or higher value than the item you're redeeming. You are free to select any product you desire for redemption; the only requirement is that your cart must contain at least one purchased product.
